Welcome to Clasio.ai! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") explain your rights and responsibilities when using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clasio.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our service.

2. Who Can Use Clasio.ai

Clasio.ai is available to both individuals and small/medium businesses. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Pricing and Subscriptions

Clasio offers a Free tier and a Pro tier ($9.99/month, or $95.88/year if billed annually).

  • Free tier: up to 100 documents, 1 GB storage, 5 intelligence insights visible, and 5 Ask This Document questions per day.
  • Pro tier: up to 5,000 documents, 25 GB storage, unlimited insights, and unlimited Ask Clasio.
  • Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
  • You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal in your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • After downgrading to Free, your existing documents are preserved, but new uploads beyond 100 documents are blocked.
  • No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. Clasio does not store your card details.
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

4. What You Can Do

  • Upload your own documents to Clasio.ai for personal or business use.
  • Use Clasio.ai to organize, classify, and search your documents.

5. What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
  • Use Clasio.ai for fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with the service.

6. Document Handling & AI Analysis

Clasio uses Google Gemini AI to analyze, summarize, and classify your documents. By using Clasio, you acknowledge and consent to your document content being sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. On first use of the iOS app, Clasio presents a consent screen explaining this in detail. These Terms and our Privacy Policy describe the same practices for the web app.

  • Your documents are not used to train AI models (Google Gemini Paid Tier API).
  • Google does not use your document content to improve its products, and may keep requests for a limited period solely to detect abuse, as described in the Gemini API terms.
  • Each analysis request is private and independent to your account.
  • Clasio may send push notifications about upcoming deadlines, expiring documents, and other time-sensitive intelligence from your documents. You can enable or disable notifications in the app settings at any time.

7. Mobile Applications

  • Clasio is available as a native app on iOS (App Store). An Android app is coming soon.
  • Mobile apps are subject to the respective platform's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
  • App updates may be required for continued use of the service.
  • Features may vary between web and mobile platforms.

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep Clasio.ai running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clasio.ai is provided "as is." We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of significant changes by posting updates on the website.
